Yes, this is my first Christmas without my beloved Pissy Pie- Jack Russell "terror" of 14 years, passed away in May and my heart has an empty space for her. We went through so much together in life and she never left my side. I feel like I'm missing my right arm sometimes! So, while on Etsy today I saw a wonderful video that I want to share with you below. It made me happy!

I am so very inspired by Alisa Burke! I am a faithful follower of her blog. She is talented, smart and lovely. I especially love her "A peek inside my sketchbook" - so much so - I decided Why Not? I'll show a little of mine as well!
Ones sketchbook is a manifestation of what we are feeling at that time. Is it secret? Sometimes I suppose. I'll admit - I'm a little nervous. Weird huh? But here are some pics from my sketchbook - a little peek inside - Enjoy!
Pendleton reminds me of when I was young and spending fall evenings down at camp on the river. We curled up in our Pendletons around the fire while dad found us the best sticks to roast our marshmellows! I miss those times! Visit Pendleton here.
